Ainura is a highly experienced lymphatic drainage specialist based in Point Piper, Sydney, with over two decades of hands-on expertise in therapeutic bodywork and recovery-focused treatment. She began her journey in lymphatic drainage massage in 2004 in Uzbekistan and has spent the past 16 years refining her practice in Australia, working with a wide range of clients seeking professional, results-driven care.

Before entering the wellness field, Ainura was a professional freestyle wrestler for more than 20 years. She competed internationally, ranked number one in Uzbekistan, and trained with the Olympic team. This elite athletic background gave her an exceptional understanding of the human body, how it moves, how it heals, and how to support recovery safely and effectively. That deep anatomical knowledge now forms the foundation of her unique lymphatic drainage techniques.

Ainura currently works alongside leading plastic surgeons, including at Jeremy Hunt Plastic Surgery Clinic, where she provides specialised post-surgical lymphatic drainage treatments to support recovery, reduce swelling, and promote optimal healing outcomes. Over the years, she has developed and refined her own treatment approach, combining traditional lymphatic drainage methods with advanced body awareness and personalised care.
