This course combines foundational theory with hands-on clinic training, allowing students to develop both knowledge and practical skill.

Training is delivered in a small group or one-on-one setting inside the LBA clinic in Point Piper, Sydney.

What You Will Learn

During this training you will learn:

• The function of the lymphatic system and how it supports overall health
• How fluid retention occurs in the body
• The correct pressure and rhythm required for lymphatic drainage
• Directional drainage techniques used to stimulate lymphatic flow
• Ainura’s specialised hand movements and technique sequences
• How to observe the body’s response during treatment
• How to perform a complete lymphatic drainage treatment for the body

Students will also learn how specialised tools such as cupping and lymphatic tools can be used to enhance results.

Course Structure

This course is delivered in two stages.

Step 1 – Online Learning

Once enrolled, you will receive the LBA Body Lymphatic Course Guide.

This includes:

• Lymphatic system theory
• Technique principles
• Treatment concepts
• Practitioner guidance

Students must complete a knowledge assessment before moving on to practical training.

Step 2 – In Clinic Training

After completing the online component, students will attend 3–5 in-person training sessions at the LBA clinic.

These practical sessions include:

• Demonstration of techniques
• Guided hands-on practice
• Technique refinement
• Practitioner feedback from Ainura

Training is conducted one-on-one or in very small groups to ensure individual attention.

Students who demonstrate a clear understanding of the techniques and principles will receive a:

If additional support is needed, students may complete additional practice sessions before certification.

Do I need prior experience?

No, you do not need prior experience. However this course is aimed at practitioners with prior experience in massage or beauty therapies. 

How many students are in each training?

All training sessions will be kept to small groups with a maximum of 4 students at one time. Some sessions may to one on one or only 2-3 students depending on the schedule. 

When are practical sessions scheduled?

Practical sessions will be arrange Monday-Friday based on Ainura and the students availability. 

Can I book additional practice sessions?

Yes, if you would like to do additional sessions this can be aranged at an additional fee.
