– In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, clients may request rescheduling of the session in less than 24 hours. However, repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of sessions.
– Valid excuses include medical emergencies, sudden illness, or unavoidable conflicts. Clients must notify the clinic as soon as possible in such situations to qualify for forgiveness of the cancellation.
Usage Period for Package Sessions:
– Clients who purchase a package of 5 sessions must utilise all sessions within a 3-month period from the date of purchase.
– Any unused sessions after the expiration of the 3-month period will be forfeited.
– Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions within the specified time frame to maximize the benefits of the package.
2. Health Conditions:
– Clients must inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the massage.
– The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment or modify the session based on the client’s health status.
3. Payment Policy:
– Payment is due at the time of service.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality:
– Client information and sessions are kept confidential.
– Personal information provided during the appointment is securely stored and used only for the purpose of providing services.
5. Safety and Comfort:
– Clients are responsible for disclosing any discomfort during the massage session.
– The therapist will adjust pressure and technique based on the client’s feedback and comfort level.
– Any inappropriate behavior towards the therapist will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full payment.
6. Medical Disclaimer:

– Clients with medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before receiving lymphatic drainage massage.
7. Results and Expectations:
